Demolition of existing modern extensions and provision of a new five storey over lower ground floor extension to the rear of the protected structure, expanding the academy’s capacity in undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Works provided for a 300 seat theatre (Whyte Recital Hall), an opera studio and a music technology hub. The new RIAM Campus has doubled the number of teaching and practice rooms, provided new and enhanced facilities, and created a space for collaboration to flourish.
