Construction of a new incubation facility for high-tech start-ups and a hub for innovation-related activities, as part of UCD’s Research & Innovation programme.

Works involved the refurbishment and restoration of the existing east quadrangle of Merville House, a protected structure which contains 3 blocks (North, East & West), and the demolition and reconstruction of a new two storey south wing.

The building now provides 23no. new business units, laboratories and co-working spaces for UCD Nova Institute.

A new incubation hub for innovation on the UCD campus.
