Construction of a three storey extension integrated into the existing adjoining Ardmore house building, a protected structure and refurbishment and renovation works to the existing building, including lime render to walls and ceilings and decorative cornicing.
Temporary works involved underpinning and support works to the existing building.
Renovation of the UCD Presidents Offices.
