Works involved the demolition of various sections of the building, complete with the design and installation of suitable temporary works to ensure the stabilisation of the building including 300 mini piles & underpinning to the East and West Pavilions.

Complete restoration of the existing building with over 12,500m2 of repairs to masonry walls, chimney reconstruction and in excess of 200 no timber sash windows. Works also involved the construction of 4no. new extensions including state of the art dance studio and kitchen/canteen facility cater for the entire campus.
