Construction of a new community neighbourhood centre, comprising sports hall, changing rooms, meeting rooms and multi purpose spaces.
In addition, significant works were involved in the upgrade of the existing entrance to both the site and the N84 carriageway and essential traffic calming works. This required coordinated and planned lane closures and extensive traffic management systems.
