Derek Timlin
Managing Director
Derek has been in the Construction Industry since 1995 and commenced with Purcell in 1997 as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, involved in many public and private projects.
In 2006, he was part of an MBO and was appointed Commercial Director, with overall responsibility for business development, estimating and tendering.
In May 2022, Derek was appointed as Managing Director, with overall responsibility for the operations and development of the Company, in line with our strategic plan. Derek holds an Honours Degree in Construction Economics from Heriot Watt University.
