Tom O’Sullivan
Estimating Director
Tom has been involved in the Construction Industry since 1990 and commenced working with Purcell in 2010 as the Estimating Manager, working on a large variety of public and private projects.
Tom joined the Board in May 2022 as Estimating Director with responsibility for business development, estimating and tendering. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and holds an Honours Degree in Construction Economics from Herriot Watt University.
