Works consisted of a fit-out of a Primary Care Centre to the 2nd and 3rd Floor of a four storey building, whilst the building remained occupied throughout.
Fit-out works included Treatment rooms, Clinic rooms, Waiting rooms, Meeting rooms and also included a General Practice Surgery.
There were multiple stakeholders involved with the project, including the Client, the HSE, General Practitioners and other existing occupants of the building, including Local District Courts.
