Construction of a two storey ambulance base for the National Ambulance Service.

The facility also includes a steel framed structure to form an equipment bay area and stores. Works also included a contractor designed and built external canopy structure and an automated vehicle wash system.

Internally the building consisted of Meeting, Training and Changing rooms, Rest rooms, Managers office, Kitchen and canteen facilities. The project is located adjacent to the Luas Red Line.
