Modification of an existing warehouse building to create open plan office space, restaurant, conference and meeting rooms and the creation of a new central courtyard with extensive glazing.
The works were carried out over 4 phases, whilst the facility remained live and fully operational throughout, including during the relocation of the live Comms center to a new hub. Phases 3 & 4 of this project involved the refurbishment and upgrading of existing offices and the creation of additional training and meeting rooms.
