Demolitions and strip-out of the existing fifth floor office area and fitting out to create new offices, boardroom and MD’s office.
Works involved installation of concealed doors within timber panelling, feature acoustic timber ceilings and AV installations. The works were carried out with restricted access through staircores and a passenger lift, while maintaining a live office environment.
