Construction of a three storey over basement Nursing Home containing 141 No. individual bedrooms, with Dining and Living room areas, 3no. hairdressing salons and ancillary staff facilities.
The basement excavations required the careful extraction of rock by non conventional methods due the the sensitive nature of the site location.
