Refurbishment of existing building which was previously the old nurses accommodation for St Vincents Hospital.
The building was refurbished into modern open plan offices over 5 floors, requiring a complete strip-out of the existing building including the old floors with installation of new structural steelwork to each floor. All works had to be carried out in a methodical and sequential order to maintain structural integrity of building. The project was located in the city centre, with extremely restricted access.
