Construction of a mixed use development on three floors over basement car park, consisting of Dunnes Stores anchor tenant, in addition to a number of other small retail and commercial units, 22no. apartments and 14no. office units along with a standalone drive-thru restaurant.
The project also included an internal fit out over two floors for Dunnes as the anchor tenant, providing drapery / retail departments, café and delicatessen, with administration areas.
