Michael joined us in 1992 as a Contracts Manager and became Contracts Director in 1995, with sole responsibility for all contracting operations. He was appointed Managing Director in 2006. In over 30 years of industry experience in Ireland and the UK, he has managed and overseen many prestigious and award winning projects.
Billy joined the company in 1999 as Financial Controller. As an FCCA Certified Accountant of over 30 years, he has held similar roles in many multi-national companies. Billy was made Finance Director in 2001 and he has responsibility for the financial management of the business.
Gerry joined us in 2003 as a Senior Contracts Manager. He is dually qualified, having obtained a BE(Hons) degree, followed by a LL.B.(Hons) degree. Gerry has a broad range of commercial building and civil engineering industry experience gained over 30 years in the US, UK and Ireland. He was appointed Construction Director in 2006 with contract management responsibility for projects under his control.
Nigel joined the company in 2001 as a Project Manager with an engineering background. He became contracts manager in 2003 and was appointed Contracts Director in 2006 and he has responsibility for the contract management of projects under his control.
Derek joined us in 1997 as a junior estimator, after qualifying with a B.SC in Construction Economics. He progressed to senior estimator in 2001 and was appointed Commercial Director in 2006. Derek has responsibility for business development and estimating / tendering.
Tom joined the company in 2003 as a senior QS. Qualifying with a degree in Construction Economics, He has over 20 years experience in commercial contracting and civil engineering. He was appointed Surveying Director in 2006 and he has overall responsibility for the Quantity Surveying and financial performance of all projects.
