The Role

  • Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Manage site operations, including coordinating activities, materials, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Monitor progress, address delays, and facilitate effective communication with design, commercial teams, and stakeholders.
  • Lead safety initiatives, team development, and maintain site standards for safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.

The Candidate

  • You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, with Main Contractor experience.
  • You will be skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications and reports, with a proactive approach to logistics, site operations and problem solving.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, capable of working independently or in team environments, within fast-paced settings.
