The Role

  • Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities across public and private sector markets, including the assessment, preparation and coordination of pre-qualification submissions, expressions of interest, tender particulars and client proposals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather/compile project and particular information, maintain submission databases and support tender and post-tender documentation to ensure high-quality client submissions.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Purcell brand across marketing materials, proposals, digital channels and client communications, ensuring consistent messaging and presentation standards.
  • Develop and manage content for the company website, social media platforms, company profiles/brochures, project case studies, award submissions and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Support client engagement, industry events and business development initiatives while monitoring market trends and marketing performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The Candidate

  • Experience in preparation and coordination of public & private tender pre-qualifications.
  • You will have a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Construction or a related discipline.
  • You will have 2+ years’ experience in business development, marketing, communications or proposal coordination, ideally within the construction, engineering or professional services sector.
  • You will be proficient in Powerpoint, Word, Excel and InDesign or similar design software.
  • You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional submissions, presentations and marketing content.
  • You will have experience managing digital platforms, including websites and social media channels, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • You will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities and comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and related markets is an advantage.
