The Role

  • Support the implementation and coordination of BIM processes and digital construction technologies across multiple construction projects. 
  • Manage and coordinate project BIM models, working closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure accuratecompliant and coordinated information. 
  • Assist with model reviews, clash detection, BIM reporting and the management of Common Data Environments (CDEs) to support efficient project delivery. 
  • Support design, construction and handover activities through the maintenance of BIM documentation, quality assurance checks and digital workflows. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, processes and innovative digital delivery methods across the business. 

 

The Candidate

  • You will hold a degree in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, BIM or a related discipline. 
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a BIM, Digital Construction or Design Coordination role. 
  • You will have experience working within the construction, engineering or building services sector. 
  • You will have a strong understanding of BIM processes, industry standards and Common Data Environments (CDEs). 
  • You will be proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar BIM platforms. 
  • You will have a good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and project documentation. 
  • You will possess excellent organisational, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. 
  • You will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality project information. 
  • You will hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel to project locations as required.
