This project is located just off Mountjoy Square in Dublin’s North inner city. It comprised the construction of 52nr. social & affordable apartments, being a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bed units in two blocks. The structures range in height from 3 to 6 storeys and all units are accessed via an external walkway deck.
