The development consisted of the demolition of four existing dwellings all located on Stepaside Lane and the construction of a new four-storey (part three/part four/part five storey) over part-undercroft Nursing Home to accommodate 124 bedrooms and associated amenities including new living areas/day spaces, office administration area, along with fit out works and a cafe.
It also included the provision of a vehicular entrance off Stepaside Lane and associated site structures including construction of a substation, hard and soft landscaping, and boundary treatments, 30 surface carpark spaces, bicycle parking and set down areas.
